It's been almost a month now and the app I got us made to prevent phishing on Steemit has got only 50 users. Meaning 400k+ are still unprotected and in danger of losing their accounts to a phishing scam. While some may think that whoever loses their account to a phish deserves it, I'm of the oppinion that Steemit should be safe for everyone and that we shouldn't have to be in a constant state of paranoia, checking to see if the URL is really Steemit.com.

So, what I ask you to do now is to help me warn other Steemians about the ongoing phishing attacks and promote Steemed Phish as a way to secure yourself far and wide to the furthest parts of Steemit. You can do it either by making a Steemit post or by making a dtube or dlive video about it.

Also, I need a Steemed Phish banner that I could put at the bottom of my every post to keep evangelising even when I'm not writing about it.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Write a post

Explain the problem and solution of Phishing attacks on Steemit
Include this link to download the app and explain it well
No minimum amount of words and anyone can participate

Make a dtube or dlive video about Steemed Phish

Same rules apply as for writing a post (just explain it well and include a download link)

Design a Steemed Phish Banner

Must be a reference of phishing attempts problem/solution
Must have the Steemed phish logo and a short explainer; ex: don't get phished, get Steemed Phish (or something like that)
Deliver the final result as markdown text (as it looks in the post editor) of a clickable image (leading to here)and post it here in the comment section of this post
