Running make you feel happy?
If you ask any runner why they run, they will tell you that running makes them happier and it is good stress relief.
Reason 1: Running release endorphins act as a natural "drug". Function of endorphins is that make a person awake, energetic and at the end happier.
Reason 2: When you're running you are loosing weights. Running is a great way to naturally burn fat, and all this lead to great shape. You must agree that great shape brings more confidence to person and makes you feel strong.
Reason 3: Well each runner set a goals (distance planning, schedule for running etc), and people are much happier when they finally achieve those. If they don't archive those goals, they will not be depressive, since they put everything to complete those.
