After reading ’s
report card this morning, I decided to walk to a personal best activity count. You need to read his post. Now that’s how you #actifit.
From my house to the corner of Caldwell and Mooney is 3 miles and I wanted to get and
out of the house, so I pushed them on my 10K walking journey.
On the way back home we stopped for tacos and a quesadilla. I needed water and fuel.
I’m thinking the boys and stroller weigh around 90 pounds, and the stroller doesn’t roll the best.
I can feel the extreme walk in my knees and shoulders, but I feel relaxed.
I did some light grocery shopping this evening, and I think it added around 800 to the total activity count.
