Ingredients
- 2 pieces of potato
- pepper powder
- margarine
- mozarella cheese
- oregano
- chili sauce
- mayo
Steps
Split the two potatoes then cut the opposite diagonal.
Spread potatoes with margarine until evenly then mix powdered powder.
Bake for 40 minutes with a temperature of 220° c.
Do a puncture test using a toothpick. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
Add the mozarella cheese on top and oregano.
Bake back for 10 minutes / until the cheese melts with a temperature of 230° c.
Serve with mayo and chilli sauce.
