Ingredients
- 115 gr Butter
- 100 gr sugar
- 2 eggs
- 130 gr of Wheat
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Pasta
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp lemon zest grated skin
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- Lemon Glazing (stir well):
- 75 g of refined sugar
- 3-4 tbsp Lemon water (depending on the desired thickness)
Steps
Prepare the ingredients.
Sift wheat flour and baking powder then put salt and lemon skin, stir until well blended. Set aside.
Beat butter + sugar until pale and creamy.
Enter vanilla paste and enter the eggs one by one, while continuing to be shaken until the mixture is flat.
Lower the speed mixer to low, put the mixture of flour and lemon water alternately, beginning with flour and ending the flour. until blended. The dough that formed somewhat thick.
Pour in baking loaf pan. Bake at 180° C for 35 minutes.
Surface results must be cracked, characteristic of butter cake. it's a sign of butter cake expanding.
Wait for room temperature, flush with lemon glaze (if watered when hot will be dilute and melt).
