The major purpose of our existence in this life is to know God and worship him everyday of our life. Human beings were created in God’s image, not by accident, but with meaning and purpose. God desires that we love Him, love others, and reflect His goodness in the way we live. A life centered on God brings true fulfillment and hope beyond this present world.
The Scriptures also show that our existence is connected to serving others and preparing for eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ. Every person has gifts, talents, and opportunities given by God to make a positive impact. When we live in obedience, faith, and love, we fulfill the purpose for which we were created
“Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man” (Ecclesiastes 12:13).
