The Bible also teaches that we should pray continually and with a forgiving spirit. The bible teaches us we should bring all our problems to God through prayer. Prayer should be done with patience and sincerity, believing that God hears us. Jesus Himself gave the example of prayer through the Lord’s Prayer, teaching believers to honor God, seek His will, ask for daily needs, and forgive others.
