The sad truth though is that the primary offenders are the corporations which produce the meat and eggs and milk we eat and they will obviously be exempt from the requirement to avoid producing environments which negatively impact the life experience of animals.
Animals should be permitted to live their lives to the fullest, in the natural manner which they were created or evolved to live.
Lets hope this step assists in facilitating a move to bring the farming and meat industries in line with humane treatment of animals and the provision of suitable environments which we humans have so decimated to date.
