Return to work today, missed yesterday due to illness. I was not better, I came in because we have a TOC shortage this week and there is no coverage really available.
Turned out to be a huge mistake. My cough is worse and I was seriously losing my voice and had zero energy, needing to sit down and rest frequently. The last period of the day I just took them outside to let them play in the park. I’ve already spoken to my principal, I will not be in tomorrow, I am just not well.
I haven’t felt this crappy in a long time.
