For the preparation of our cake we need:
- 4 bananas
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of oil or butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the siro we need:
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 1 spoon of vanilla
- 2½ tablespoons of sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoon of butter
- To decorate add bananas in slices
Preparation method
First we make the siro .
Turn on the stove and in a pot, add the butter, when it melts add the sugar and stir, when the sugar melts add the cinnamon and vanilla, mix and turn off the fire. Then add it to the tortera and add the sliced banana, let it rest.
Elaboration of the cake
We crush the banana until it is pureed
Then we add sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla, we stir
Once mixed, add the milk, wheat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, stir until all the ingredients are mixed
We empty the mixture in the tortera and take it to the oven at 180 ° C for 45 minutes
