Hi friends! Today I am going to show you my another art work. In my previous art works I drew village sceneries. This week I drew a new village scenery where I was a small rest house. When I visited my village I saw some small rest house in open field like this. Normally farmers live in this house, take rest and keep agriculturel equipments.
Bangladesh is a land of agriculture. Her economy depends on agriculture too. So most of the villagers depends on agriculturel activities. The main agriculturel priduct of Bangladesh is rice, wheat, potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The farmer having a large amount of land have to hard work early morning to evening. Some times they don’t gets time to take rest in their main residence. Here I tried to drew such a rest house in the field. I used water and acrylic color. First I drew the house.
Then ground near the house and the fields with the plants of green grain. The sky was partially cloudy but not rainy. I tried to present a calm weather of noon and it seems like anytime the sky will be more cloudy and rain will start. In Bangladesh it heppens in Sylhet and Sunamganj when the rice become ripe but a few a daysvwill take to peak all grain on that tine rain and flood destroy the grain. It happened in the Haor region last month this year.
The pathetic situation can't be described. Rain destroyed all of their dreams. In my painting I just present a piece of peaceful land with a long tree beside a house. There us a pond also in front of the house. The tree, pond, house and green field represent the traditional landscape of Bangladesh.
