It's already been a month since my last post. I'd been buzy since Eid and my Mother in law had passed away few day's after Eid.
A Curry Mee for my friend's
The Ingredients:
Mud yellow-dipped with boiled hot water. Spend
Curry Soup:
Chickenmeat - cut into cubes
Fish cake - sliced large cut
The fried tofu is cut into two
Curry powder
Chilli grill
1 box of milk-200ml
Enough water.
Garlic - blended
How to cook:
- Pour oil aside
-Spread garlic ground
-Little chill and stir fry
-Pake curry powder and stir-fry well
-Then, lower the contents of the chicken and stir it flat. - Put coconut milk.
Stirred
-Let down enough water.
-Take salt and ajinomoto and sugar
-Let's boil.
-After boiling down the fish cake and dried tofu.
-Beat boiling in 5 minutes.
-Then quench the fire.
-I'm ready to eat.
Bahan2:
Mi kuning- dicelup dgn air panas yg dididihkan. Toskan
Kuah kari:
Isi ayam - dipotong dadu
Fish cake - dipotong dihiris sederhana besar
Tauhu goreng- dipotong dua
Serbuk kari
Cili giling
1 kotak santan- 200ml
Air secukupnya.
Bawang putih- dikisar
Cara masak:
-Tuangkan minyak dikuali
-Tumis bawang putih yg dikisar
-Turunkan cili giling dan tumis
-Turunkan serbuk kari dan tumis sebati
-Kemudian, turunkan isi ayam tadi dan kacau rata.
-Letakkan santan.
Kacau
-Turunkan air secukupnya.
-Perasakan dgn garam dan ajinomoto dan gula
-Biarkan mendidih.
-Setelah mendidih turunkan fish cake dan tauhu kering.
-Biar mendidih dalam 5 minit.
-Kemudian padamkan api.
-Mi kari sedia utk dimakan.
