Some habits of happy couples are:
1 -We go to bed and get out of bed at the same time. There is something special about falling asleep and waking up to your significant other, what better way to start and finish your days.

3 - We are upfront and honest about our emotions and feelings. We communicate a lot, physically and verbally.
4 - We train / exercise together.
5 - We encourage and support each other to be successful so we can be successful together.
6 - We explore new experiences and places together.
7 - We work together as a team.
