The Four Plants of the Apocalypse continue on through the over-heated summer of 2020.
As they get older, the plants start to show the differences between them as the seeds were all from a seed stash that hold seeds from various sources.
This shot of them is the most recent.
It wasn't a very hot day when this shot was taken.
All of them would go limp to some extent in the heat.
Two of them were more responsive to the heat than the others.
Black Horse here seems to be killing it.
Pale Horse has mixed results with the heat.
Here is a shot of the four on a particularly warm day!
They are all getting that thing where they start to get more clumpier with the leaves near the stem that says it's almost time for flowers to happen!
This is White Horse, and through out the whole life of this one it's always had the purplish stem. I tried to keep it supplied with Magnesium but then the purple never really went away. None of the other plants have exhibited this thing with the stem.
So either I wasn't giving it enough, there's another thing it needs that I'm not sure of, or this is a strain that just has stems like that.
LOL Guesses or theories anyone?
They are all getting these hairy bits, and the plants are thick and sturdy...
There have been some pests happening as you can see, I have yet to give the plants proper prunings and inspections. My mode this time around has been more hands-off.
This week I want to spend more time with these four plants.
I'll have other updates coming very soon about the other things growing as well as an update for these four.
