I watch you walk by
My pupil focus on you like attentive students
I watch your every move like it was a chess game
Surprisingly you were nothing I ever expected
As it was you who showed me everything I needed
So it pain me when I hear you wonder if you're good enough
What if I told you that you are perfect
That the way your eyes light up when we meet
Fill me with so much joy
That the way you look at me makes me want to view myself through your eyes
What if I told you about the ecstasy I feel when I hold your hand
As our hands entwine in perfect harmony
That you just need to value yourself
Would it change anything I wonder
As my aching heartbeats, I ponder
I hope you really get this when you need it the most
