My Job Responsibilities
• Ensure creative innovation, analysis & prediction of trends in fabrics, colors and shapes of new product design as per market of Europe & America.
• Forecast trends and develop inspired ideas based on logical and scientific approach.
• Ensure the preparation of range plan and product mix with full color sketches showing all styles and suggested color in coordination with marketing, sales, and operation for planned season.
• Develop strategy for private label and sub brand product.
• Lead research, survey and development team.
• Ensure product performance test based on category.
• Generate concept and mood boards (a collection of items to capture a mood, such as photos, fabric pieces and color samples)
• Attend oversees design meeting as per business requirements.
• Make Garments Design and product development,
• Make Design Trends/ Separation (Screen Print)
• Solving Screen print & Embroidery Wash technical issue with Buyer & Factory.
Sample Development Follow up.
• Screen Print Media & Color Approval for sample and production.
today i am gonna share my full work station and details in how to make a boys t-shirt,
One of the tasks i will discuss today is the kid's/boys t-shirts. here is an order from the local buyer that i can do very easily.
The only theme that buyer gave me is the spider man and others that kids love and that will be sealed when they are open in market. i use to think and do a theme with a lot of help from the internet.
At the end of day, i come up with many ideas and design sketches. and send to buyer that was it.... see picture
Buyer liked it very much and we got the order but the problem is that you have to delivery very fast. the buyer conforms to the order with four more orders and send me P.I.
in the next step i started booking fabric and making design for screen print.

in the time fabric are ready for sampling and start to print and send to buyer, as per buyer comments we are working for making final sample.
