It's a representative entertainment district of Osaka during bubble economy.
But aftrt bubble economy burst It lagged sales.
The operating company cahanged managerial policy. Then they rent cheep to young owner.
There are still leaving some nostalgic design.

昔は一大レジャービルとして賑わっていたのに、一時期すっかり廃墟のようになってしまっていた。
もう、いつ取り壊しになる？って感じだったのが、テナント料安くして若いオーナーなどに借りやすくしたら、面白い歓楽街に復活した。
なんか、通り過がりにちょっと入れる雰囲気でもないのに、外国の方がガンガンに入ってくる（笑）
