Hello, how are you all? Today I'm going to share my school experience with you, in which I noticed that teachers pay the most attention to the smart kids.

Why do teachers pay the most attention to the brightest students? You've probably noticed that the kids who are the smartest are the ones who get ahead the most, but if a student is slow or weak in class, the teacher gives them less attention. So what could be the real reason?
Are those children not worthy of attention, or could there be other reasons? As far as I'm concerned, the reasons could be their confidence, their behavior, and the way they participate, because teachers try to bring the most advanced students forward, who are the exceptional ones.
In our society, it's a great tragedy or loss to think about those children who are inherently weak. The students who participate in class catch the teacher's eye, and for that reason the teacher tries to teach them the most.
While the weaker students, due to a lack of confidence, always sit in the back and remain silent. Their communication skills—the way they speak—aren't good enough for them to clarify anything to anyone. So what do you say about this? What fault, if any, do teachers have in it? or the parents—in my opinion, the parents are most to blame, because from the very beginning they create a home environment that instills in the child a fear of expressing themselves when they want to play openly.
As a result, they spend their whole lives not even trusting themselves to… the work he wants to do—whether he can do it or not—because of this, these children always remain weak in the eyes of their teachers at school, and the teachers also ignore them, thinking they don't understand anything, and in this way…
Now the question arises: how do we match this tutor with the gifted children, and how do we teach those children? In my view, the classroom environment should be set up so that the children who always sit on laps or hide behind chairs… sit in front of them.
Have them work on the board or in activities that reduce their fear and help them start feeling comfortable with the teacher. Once they begin to feel at ease, their talent will start to grow. Speak to these children with confidence.
Encourage these children. If they do even a small thing, give them a whole-class applause and create an environment where they feel joy. Only then will that child, somewhere, become a shining student and greatly appreciate your talent for having brought out a dull one. A student who, on the surface, wasn't dull—but was being ignored due to communication and confidence issues—will become capable enough to do his own work and stand on equal footing with the shining students.
So friends, this was just one of my ideas. Let me know what you think of my post. If you'd like to add anything, please be sure to tell me in the comments so others can benefit from it too. Everyone likes shining students, caddel stude They aren't even capable enough to be made shining students. This is our own flaw and shortcoming that we ignore every child, because every child is intelligent—it's just that we don't give them the opportunity to bring themselves up to the level of a shining student. Thank you.
