There are points in the league where fans just watch football and keep up the sportsmanship, and then there are times when history is made. At this point, as an Arsenal fan, this is where my hope becomes alive more than ever. We have gained a shot to win the Champions League through our victory over Atletico Madrid. That is not all, we are also ahead by 5 points against Manchester City, the only team giving us a run for the title. I remember in my last sports article, I spoke about the fact that I have not given up yet on us winning the Premier League, even though all our opponents, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Manchester City fans, were thinking we had bottled the league. Also, I am not getting ahead of myself because I know Manchester City also has an outstanding game. I would not jinx it, but there is more to come from Arsenal, and trust me when I say so.
Take a good look at the game against Atletico Madrid, with how we were in our best form to push for the win at home. The journey through the Champions League tested our strength in composure and desire to win. In the past, it has been a problem for us to deliver in the realm of pressure and when it mattered the most. It has always been a problem, especially when injury comes to infiltrate the team. Then now, things have changed. Stating earlier from the beginning of the season, I knew the boys were coming with a different energy, and you can see through their play that these are young men who want to make a change. True fans of Arsenal and long-time fans know what we have suffered in the past, as many have mocked our poor performance and inability to win anything. So far, the Premier League is not over, but we have qualified for next year's Champions League, and we are fighting to win this year's Champions League. The previous Arsenal would have called the season an end at this point in the league.

Some matches cut deep within your skin if it is a loss, and the same thing happens when it is a win. The win we got from qualifying to the next round of the Champions League is what goes beyond spectacular. It brought out old fans to social media with their different stories of how they have waited so long just for a beautiful season like this one. Some of them knew this day would come, but they did not know how long it was going to take, especially when the bad times looked like they would last for a long time. Do not even worry about things not working out, for I am super proud of how far we have come as a team. The reels of Arsenal doing well kept a smile on my face as the victory is wholesome. Also, a part of me really wishes Everton won the game against Manchester City despite their various missed wins.
I cannot deny that as a fan, I am more than dreaming of Arsenal winning both the Champions League and the Premier League. This will go down in the history of the club, and it will be one that I will never forget. As a fan, you have to be a dreamer, for the dreams are worth makes the journey exciting.
