I have noticed that many of my top voters over the last few days are from accounts with a rep number of 25.
They have posted nothing,
yet they have wallets full of Steem Power which they are using to give generously.
I am most grateful to this group of SILENT WHALES who are clearly choosing to protect their anonymity through a second account. Which is fair enough!
