Cada vez falta menos para que se acabe el año, por lo que quise traerles una publicación para destacar los que considero que fueron mis mejores trabajos en el área del dibujo durante este 2025. Este diseño corresponde a una dinámica que se puede ver en redes sociales como Instagram, llamada Art vs Artist, donde un artista aparece rodeado por sus mejores obras del año. En mi caso, durante 2025 incursioné en diferentes estilos y temáticas, destacando siempre los retratos de artistas urbanos (aquí representados por Gotay, Daddy Yankee y Elena Rose), los cuales son los que más me gusta trabajar. No faltaron las piezas con influencias cinematográficas, como el retrato de Angelina Jolie como Lara Croft y la recreación del fotograma del documental Reverón (Margot Benacerraf, 1952). También me aventuré a hacer un retrato del Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, siendo éste el año de su beatificación. Además, trabajé mucho la caricatura y dibujos con apariencia un poco más infantiles, de ahí que decidiera incluir mis dos ilustraciones inspiradas en El Principito (Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, 1943).

Hello, Hive Community! The end of the year is fast approaching, so I wanted to bring you a post highlighting what I consider to be my best work in the field of drawing during 2025. This design corresponds to a trend that can be seen on social media such as Instagram, called Art vs Artist, where an artist appears surrounded by their best works of the year. In my case, during 2025 I ventured into different styles and themes, always highlighting portraits of urban artists (represented here by Gotay, Daddy Yankee, and Elena Rose), which are what I like to work on the most. There was no shortage of pieces with cinematic influences, such as the portrait of Angelina Jolie as Lara Croft and the recreation of a still from the documentary Reverón (Margot Benacerraf, 1952). I also ventured to do a portrait of Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, as this was the year of his beatification. In addition, I worked a lot on caricatures and drawings with a slightly more childlike appearance, which is why I decided to include my two illustrations inspired by The Little Prince (Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, 1943).
