Anything done with conscious attention where body, mind, and soul become one is yoga. This trinity unity of food is called Ana Yoga.
Yes, there is a yoga of food. I am happily submitting my second and third entries to this week's photo challenge with thanks for the reminder of Ana Yoga. Thank you and
for another inspiring challenge!
We grew these veggies at the Garden of Eden, and prepared them with loving devotion over fire, burning "trash" wood as fuel. Cooking, especially over fire, can be a meditative experience that infuses food with the chef's energy and intentions. The beautiful and delicious dishes from the GOE shine our highest intentions for pure, nutritious sustenance that actually creates a better world for ALL! I hope you are satisfied by sharing the abundant feast:
Steemy Ratatouille on the Rocket Stove
Yes I Can: Pickles from the Garden Prepared in the Outdoor Kitchen
I have much to tell you, Steemit! and I have arrived in Amsterdam for SteemFest after a long journey. Wifi has been super sketchy along the way, so I have a backlog to share with you! I want to submit my entries to this week's photo challenge right quick before the deadline, and I will tell you all about my adventures after I catch up on this jet lag.
š Sara!
