Good day, Steemians!
It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change. ~ Charles Darwin
Yoga is an ever evolving practice. What works for you one day might not be what you need the next. It's all about tuning into the present moment and being real with what IS right now.
There are infinite ways it can look and feel; just show up in truth and honor and you'll get what you need.
I like a physical practice; it feels really good, and it's pretty relatable--you can reach down and touch your toes any time, without understanding or even caring about subtle bodies or chakras or any of the more ethereal shit. Plus, there are obvious health benefits for maintaining a physical practice every day.
I'm feeling massive shifts underway; obviously the crypto space is about to get shook again with the bitcoin hardfork upon us all, but even within my own life & work/play I'm trying new strategies and streamlining and changing. It's especially valuable to have a stable practice like yoga to return to on the daily when things get really weird or shifty.
Today, I feel like sharing another flow video to a) inspire your own movement, and b) maintain accountability. This one includes a sweet little hello from Eden the dog!
What did your practice look like today?
💛 Sara!
