Today I want to share with you some of my favorite mantras. Mantras have helped me in many stressful situations, when I felt anxious and completely lost.
Mantra – it is made of a syllable, word or verse and has the property of exerting a powerful influence on the subconscious and the consciousness at the same time. They represent the connection between God, the Universe and our souls. The “mantra” is a Sanskrit word and means “save the mind from suffering and sickness”.
“OM MANI PADME HUM” is one of the most known Buddhist mantras. The meaning of this mantra is extremely complex and powerful and beyond words. It is said that all the teachings of the Buddha are contained in this mantra.
This mantra can help us understand and truly feel universal compassion, eliminating all the barriers to our spiritual development.
The mantra is the energy concentrated in a vibration of a certain power, a code in which supreme knowledge can be found. In ancient writings, it is mentioned that each letter of the Sanskrit alphabet had a certain localized projection and a cosmic origin.
Mantras are sacred and are meat to free our mind, to discard us from the karmic baggage, to free us from the tangles of the past and awaken our true being.
Mantras can help us heal
Tibetans believe that for a disease to be present there has to be a form of profound energetic interference. By repeating mantras, we can heal and restore our energetic balance, treating the underlying cause, not just the symptoms.
The mantras have powerful effects on our mind and body, and work on several levels: the vibrational level – through its sound and the level of awareness through words. By repeating a mantra we become mindful, aware of ourselves and the environment.
Another beautiful mantra, which has brought me peace in many times of need:
If we can tune to the powerful vibration of the mantras, we can bring peace and understanding in our lives. We can connect to the universal truth, compassion and kindness.
Bellow you can hear another beautiful mantra:
I hope that listening of these wonderful mantras has brought you peace. May we find ways to see the love and light that surrounds us!
