Of recent, balancing my daily activities with my paticition on the Proofofbrain community can get me worked up most times but I can’t just help not being involved in the activities on the proofofbrain community. All I just needed to do was to reschedule my working timetable to allow for more active time here and also keep up with my good grades while as a student.... Another major truth is the existence of the community is as important to me has my country.

Proofofbrain community is an addictional skill to my growth and development in life and would always have something to say about it when I achieve my aims and goals. Has a student in a developing country, I have to work and focus twice as normal to stay on the track and become the successful man I always want to be.
All these are just part of the life challenges that builds one up and exposes one to the experiences of maintaining balance in life. I just had to sit down and brain storm on the way forward; a way to be better, to be more productive.
So here are the few ideas I came up with;
- Setting daily goals \ to-do lists.
- Setting a good working timetable.
- Focus (getting my head in the game).
- Devoting quality time to rest.
- Patience.
Following this steps has really been of help to me and to an extent I am in full control of my actions. Setting your goals just gives the focus to the important situations and achieving them is the best fulfillment. Making To do lists just guide you on the things you need to achieve and attend to and these keeps you away from unimportant attention.
The moment you can control your anxiety from achieving or getting a product when they not at your disposal can be very painful and brain stressing because you can stay focused and all that occurs in your head is how you can get your anxiety fulfilled at that particular time. But the fact that you can take a deep breath of patience and take full control over your emotions can get your head back into your game.

Making productive use of the little time you have really pays off because when there is time to take a break you have something to gain from and thats pushes you to gear up to do more. Now time seems so limited. Just out grow the laziness of brainstorming on how to get productive of your time.
#Staying active keeps you focused and healthy because you are involved into activities that would keep you busy and body fitted.
