The potential human could have ended up looking something like this
Thursday night this week Norwegian couple Linda and Askil Bryn decided to not procreate at 11:30pm, much to the despair of the potential human being (picture) that would have been the result of his sperm cell number 8,088,146 on that day and her egg cell being released at the time.
If the specific combination of sperm cell and egg cell had manifested, reports suggest that a pretty likable person with a stable emotional life and a good family might have been the result. The egg/sperm combination was likely to have become a fairly productive member of society. However, missing its one and only chance to manifest into reality, the potential combination of egg and sperm cell has now become permanently destined to a non-life in the realm of platonic ideal forms.
Instead, Linda and Askil Bryn the next day spontaneously conceived their second child in Linda’s office during the lunch break, when he came to bring her flowers as a surprise. Their adventurous decision manifested the unlikeliest of combinations, where his victorious sperm cell (number 87!) had been produced only minutes prior to the intercourse. The fetus, who against all odds defeated billions of other platonic ideal forms, is expected to become quite an interesting person deserving of its material existence.
