Coupled with some pretty intense weight training, we're going to find out if all of these combined measures will result in a higher testosterone level for a guy in his early 40's!
This 'mystery supplement' has been covered throughout the day, examining each constituent to determine if there's any truth behind the hype.
So far, we've determined that:
D-Aspartic Acid:
Likely will help boost testosteroneTribulus Terrestris:
Likely no benefit at all for boosting testosterone.Fenugreek:
Possible benefit for boosting testosterone.
Those ingredients listed at the bottom have one last item: "Diindolylmethane, (DIM)"
Do the studies have anything to say about DIM raising testosterone?
Well, DIM apparently stimulates the metabolism of estrogen in the body. In other words, it helps to break down the estrogen present in your body, allowing testosterone to have a relatively heavier end effect.
DIM also works to 'free-up' bound testosterone trapped by SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin), as discussed before with broccoli.
'Free' testosterone accounts for only about 2% of the testosterone in your body, and this is the testosterone that is active and has the effects on your libido, muscle growth, positive mood, and all the other good stuff that testosterone is attributed to!

Good luck everyone, have fun!
All of the measures that this post involves are being made in the attempt to raise my testosterone, LEGALLY, through diet, supplements, and exercise.
My blood will be tested again in June to see if there was any increase....
My testosterone levels, taken in November and February, were 426 and 437.
2 months from now, we'll see if guys CAN see a measurable testosterone increase from these things I'm trying out, reported exclusively here, on Steemit!
