Green Bay, WI - With the recent crash of bitcoin on the news, Steemstreet Journal caught up with local man Mike, who is still a firm believer in bitcoin as the currency of the future.
"Bitcoin is the best currency, bar none", says Mike. "It is much better than gold, it is digital gold. You can move it across the border more easily. Moreover, you can make great profits with bitcoin. This makes bitcoin the best currency. The profits are huge."
When asked about bitcoin's abysmal performance as an actual currency with utility in comparison to actual FIAT currencies, Mike remained quiet, however. Slow transactions and rising fees were brought up, but Mike went on about profits.
"Bitcoin is the single greatest investment of our time. I've made big profits on bitcoin", Mike goes on to hype. "And in the future, I will make even bigger profits on bitcoin, which is why bitcoin will be the best currency in the future, as well. It just makes sense."
When asked how Mike is planning to spend his big profits made on bitcoin, he had the following to say:
"By dumping them and cashing them out as FIAT."
He did not leave the interview without reminding us one more time that "Bitcoin is the best currency".
