Green Bay, WI - Recently, Steemstreet Journal caught up with our old friend who has decided to return to the Steemit platform after a lengthy hiatus.
His return coincides with the recent massive price pump of STEEM, which leads to higher payouts for posted content.
himself denies speculation of the higher payouts being a deciding factor in his return to the platform.
"I'm here for the community", says . "I'm here because Steemit is a decentralized social media, and Facebook keeps censoring me when I state that my favorite pizza topping is a gate."
However, with only two views - one of which being his own - his comeback post "The Cosmic Nature of Gender and Intergalactic Sexuality in an Optimal Transdimensional Vacuum: An Essay Collection - Part 1A of 30" failed to gain any real traction. Despite low views and general engagement, the post did manage to get a high payout due to bot votes and trails, even though no one seemed to be interested in reading the 200,000 word essay.
"Some call it pretentious bullshit, I call it raising and evolving collective consciousness. The platform will fail unless users like me are rewarded. My work has nothing to do with the money, however, since I am here to make the world a better place through blogging."
As we left , he was already hard at work crafting his next post, in which he complains about being flagged.
We will follow the story as it develops.
