The first night in Vegas ended with a whole lot of Blackjack. When playing Blackjack the casinos ply you with copious amounts of free drinks, Bourbon in my case, and after drinking until 4am the next morning I was not able to take any pictures of the gambling and drinking!

The following morning, we decided to check out the famous swimming mermaids at the Silverton casino, so equipped with a nice hangover, we went to visit them in their tank.

The Flamingo casino is well known on the strip and is complete with its own wildlife garden and real life flamingoes!
