Hail to the Hive!

Well this is a little different to the normal subject matter that I would normally photograph but it does provide the opportunity to try and do something a little different and see how it comes out.

So last night my son, Hive account@kaykeys, and I went to watch the Leicester City vs Roma mtch and had rather a good time. Even though it ended up 1-1 we had a great time and are still very much in the mix to reach the final if we can squeak a win in Rome.

As it was night time the atmosphere both in and out of the stadium was a little different and I casually took a few oics here and there with a view to playing around with them after.

I actually didn’t have #monomad in mind for this project but a couple of the shots made me take another look and try and put a different spin on them and these were those shots.

I like the timeless quality they give to the shots inside the stadium whereas outside they give a modern industrial vibe.

It was a great evening and was a nice little experiment and break from my normal style of shots.
