She already works with some premier space companies in Bavaria. So we are very happy to have her. Back to you, Greg.
All right. I'm going to finalize this stuff around satellites. We're working on the formal press release around it.
But it's going to create better utilization of satellites and infrastructure in orbit, lower barriers to entry for innovators, whatever size they are, to access it and create a shared economic model that's aligned across participants. We really view that the future of space will be, you know, obviously SpaceX or Starlink have a very, you know, have a large, quite dominant infrastructure up, but they're not the only ones. And we believe that long-term space will be more interoperable and programmable infrastructure.
So, you know, so we really look to be that discovery and exchange layer for space. Okay. One more thing that's not announced, you guys get first is Actuate Ventures.
So this is also a deep tech space focused VC. This also focuses mainly on SpacePool for venture structuring, co-developing, you know, select opportunities around it. But another example is just collaboration around asset sales.
Even with this Terran reusable rocket, we are teaming up with varieties of entities on revenue share models for deal flow. So through Actuate Ventures and SpacePool, we're not just going to be structuring pathways for participation in financing, but also in the real world space assets themselves, in this case payload. So they have some interesting leads actually already that we're going to be trying to process over the next few weeks.
Because that Terran rocket sale deadline for the payload to reach Europe, physical payload is March 30th. As I said, if that date changes, I'll let you know. So this week and next week, we're kind of formally starting that sale.
We announced it to you guys first here last week and have some applications from you guys already, which we're going to be processing. But formally this week, it's going to start and you'll see some newsletter things, et cetera, come. Okay? So there's another space venture that's partnered up with us to utilize our platform.
And in this case to also do some cool initiatives with, you know, actual real world space assets with rockets, et cetera. So let's take a zoom out, Moon Mission 1. We're going through the minting of the certifications around it. Okay? So once again, pinned at the top, the latest pinned tweet is something that Binx created here.
