In the opening remarks of the president at the Africa Blockchain Conference just before he defended crypto against the Governor of the Bank of Uganda, H.E Y.K Museveni explained blockchain and its elements in such a remarkably elementary way that left the audience filled with big crypto and blockchain players surprised at how the president grasped the concept so vividly.
The room was filled with cheers and loud applause as the president explained with humor.
