This is the specialty Japanese breakfast that my pastor and I made together. What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday morning. You will notice the Japanese roasted green tea, yogurt probiotic, miso soup, omelet, blueberries, and organic brown rice.
We scrambled 2 eggs and put a few seasonings including kimchee juice.
We heated this traditional square Japanese frying pan with olive oil and cooked the chives before adding the egg mixture.
After spending quite a bit of time preparing and eating this meal together, I finished the dishes and cleaned the kitchen. As we set off into town together to do some shopping, we both realized we were hungry again!
