Hello there, Steemit. Yup, I see you.

For the first time in this decade, I have found myself genuinely fascinated by a social network; for reasons beyond what I can describe at first glance, I find myself growing addicted to this distributed blogging service, for both the service it provides as well as the ideas running throughout and underneath. It's so deceptively simple; perhaps more deceptively simple than even Twitter or YouTube were at their catchings-on.

I know, I haven't even uploaded an avatar, yet. It's bugging me too.
