Delicious and light salad with tuna and feta cheese.
Ingredients:
- lettuce leaves, washed and torn in bite-sized pieces
- 3-4 ounces canned tuna (or fresh tuna, seared and chilled)
- 200gr feta,
- 1 onion,
- oil, balsamic vinaigrette
- salt and pepper, to taste.
Directions:
- Place salad greens on plate.
2. Top with tuna, tuna and toss well.
3. Sprinkle feta cheese.
4. Drizzle oil with balsamic vinaigrette.
