From the ICC Elite Panel, the only Indian emperor Sundaram was discharged while Michael Gough and Joel Wilson were added. England's Michael Goff and West Indian Joel Wilson were found on the ICC Elite Panel of Empires, after a review of the umpires' annual performance by the selection committee headed by ICC general manager Jeff Allardyce. Other members include former Test cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar, match referee Ranjan Madogale and David Bone. Wilson has supervised 13 Tests, 63 ODIs and 26 Twenty20 matches. Both umpires fill the gap of retired EN Gold and outgoing Ravi Sangram.India is no longer represented in the panel, Pakistan's Aleem Dar is the most experienced. He has done duties in 126 Tests, 206 ODIs and 43 Twenty20 matches.
