The Fed is right to stick to its tapering acceleration story https://www.fxstreet.com/analysis/the-fed-is-right-to-stick-to-its-tapering-acceleration-story-202112021359?utm_source=tco&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=fxstreetreports #Fed #Intermarket #Inflation #Coronavirus #Positioning
(Fed can taper but not really, I can see a scenario where the fed has to back track. Much like the taper tantrum of 2018 of a 20% sell off, Powell headed to the markets need for more liquidity to continue the rise. With markets always needing more and more money to go higher the overall strategy for the government has been to devalue the economy and the dollar over time to lift the barometer value i.e DJI, S&P 500 and Nasdaq. With inflation now over 2% the Federal reserve has room to absorb a short period of deflation before we see another narrative of a reason why they would need to come in and support the work that has assisted the economy in its recovery.) Just my assessment what do you think is the top in?
