The natural creamy goodness of avocado .....take the stage!
Creamy Avocado Pasta Ingredients |

| 8 oz. gluten-free pasta, cooked according to instructions (regular pasta will work okay, too) |
| 3/4 cup olive oil |
| 3/4 cup avocado |
| 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice |
| 1/4 cup water from pasta |
| 1 tsp. parsley |
| 1 tsp. turmeric powder |
| 3 tsp. fresh minced garlic |
| 1 small tomato, cut into slices |
| 1/4 of an avocado, cut into slices (for garnish) |
| salt and pepper to taste |
Method |

| 1. Cook pasta according to instructions. |
| 2. Set aside 1/4 c. water from pasta, then drain and rinse. |
| 3. Blend avocado, lemon juice, spices, and water from pasta, until creamy. |
| 4. Simmer pasta with cream sauce and sliced tomatoes for 5-8 minutes. |
| 5. Serve with avocado for garnish and enjoy! Season with salt and pepper to preference. |
