Green juice
I'm trying to drink the green juice with ginger and turmeric every day to see if it helps with all my problems. I also had a black coffee, a rehydration drink and porridge with blueberries. I also had a chocolate protein shake as I ran 5k early this morning.
I made lunch to take to work.
Cheese and ham wrap, satsuma, blueberries and 2 sweet ryvita biscuits.
After work I went food shopping which is never good, I ended up buying crisps and a chocolate milkshake.
It's Friday this means it's chip shop dinner day. I had battered sausage and chips with 2 buttered rolls all washed down with 2 bottles of Budweiser.
According to my Apple Watch I done a fair amount of activity today although I ate too many calories!
