Hello Fellow Steemians! It's me again , a noob to steemit but I'm starting to learn step by step and I'm loving it. Today I would like to share photos of nutritious foods we made.
As we all know, food provides energy and nutrients we need for our body to be healthy. A good nutrition is a combination of a well-balanced diet and a regular physical activity.
These are the foods we cooked during our nutrition month, it is complete with the 3 basic food groups namely GO, GROW AND GLOW.
Crabs with coconut milk, garnished with potato, carrots and string beans.
Ground pork with Moringa Leaves.
Classic Filipino Lumpia ( but instead of pork we prefer fish and vegetables)
This is one of my favorite the "Pancit Buko" it is noodles with strips of coconut meat.
