Good morning Hive family and all the photographers lovers around the world, what I got here for you all today are some new shot's while I'm out here on that long vacation, these shots here are of the Zebra Swallowtail and this butterfly is pretty dang cool looking if you ask me. Whenever a bird, butterfly or anything has a long tail, I sure do like it and always hope to get some good shots in. Now this butterfly, the Zebra Swallowtail is an amazing butterfly that is native to the eastern United States but also you can find them in southeast Canada too. It is actually the state of Tennessee's state butterfly too, cool info. It has the amazing distinctive wing shape, as its black and white stripe pattern resembles the zebra, but also that long tail makes it very easy to identify. Now lets get right into these shots I have here today, the cover shot the one above always as is my favorite and why I choose the cover shot and highlight it but the others are cool too. Now the next shot below is cool but it does show that the tail on one side is missing but thanks to the side view it appears normal, so glad to get these shots in but I suppose I hope to see it again to get both tails of a type shot in my collection.
Right here is another cool shot, I do like this one too and is a must add to this collection and post of the day.
This last shot is just as good as the cover shot and almost was it but I like the closer look on the butterfly but still this one is pretty dang cool to capture. These were all taken at a local lake and I do need to get to some more editing of some new shots but here we are at this time, another post I finally got done. I do hope you all enjoy these shots and I do appreciate all of those that stop by my blog, cheers to all and have a blessed one.
Anyways appreciate everyone feedback hope you have enjoyed my shots and post today' thanks for stopping by, Have a blessed one and thank you for coming in and checking out my shot's of the day. Stay tuned and enjoy my future shots in the world of photography, thru my lens.
