I am sharing my drawing/illustration of a kid action "Ah Han" hehe, like he is amazed by seeing something special in front of his eyes.

Steps :

Below you can check step-wise images of my working

Start with a ellipse tool for face shape

create lower body of my kid character

Create arms of the character

Give him a hear cut, and folded fingers of one hand

Coloured my drawing

I put a glasses and create eye brows, nose etc

I give a circle background and give it gradient colours
