Software I used : ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR CS6
Steps : You can check step-wise images of my working process below
Start with nose and ear using Pencil Tool
Add face shape and down Lip using Pencil Tool
Create eyes and body parts except arms, using Pencil Tool
Create arms using Pen Tool
Wore him a Magic cap
Colour my drawing
