Hello hivers, an happy Tuesday to you all!
Another warm (but cloudy) springtime day here in my area and the fruits on the branches of my plum tree are almost ready to eat and to cook to make a good jam. After a little winf some of them fallen down and my younger cat Bimba thought they was little red balls, perfect to play in my backyard. ❤️
Yesterday in the afternoon I teached art to the kids (8-10 years old) and so I spent a couple of hours with them working for their first time with the watercolors. This is a tecnique that could be very difficult to learn if you want to have a realistic result, but it could be also nice to teach to kids how they have to use brushes instead of pencils.
Now I'm here because I just finished to paint a new artwork so I can show you the final result:
A detail:
This is an artwork of the series about potted plants. After some similar ones in a smaller and larger sizes, I decided to paint a series of 3 in A4 size and, like I use to do when I share a new piece with you, I took some pics while I was painting it so you can see the process too:
Soon I'll add this new artwork to my Saatchi shop (link at the bottom), hoping it will find a new home!
I hope you like it!
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
