I hope to god I never do.
I have two young children.
My wife and I were in the supermarket today, we were stood in the bread aisle, because we needed to buy some bread to make sandwiches for my sons rugby club Christmas party tomorrow, she said “I cried watching the news this morning”. I said that chances are nothing awful will ever happen to our kids, we’d probably be like most other people where nothing really calamitous would ever happen.
I pray this is so.
