My warmest greetings to one and all. Hello there! How are you? Hope everyone is well and doing great! Summer feels here in the Philippines. How about at your place?
The hottest three months here in the Philippines is March until May. Here in our place, we felt summer indeed, the weeds are dry, the land started to crack and there were times that it rains but still the environment is still thirsty and needed water.
Usually, if summer feels, others would love to go to the mountains land (bukid) where there were many trees and feel the cold and fresh air from there and others would love to travel and go to the beach to unwind and relax.
This weekend I brought my family to the beach where we could reconnect and appreciate the good things around us.
Early in the morning, I asked my father what time will be the high tide and he answered, The high tide will be at 11:00 AM but now at this moment the water is still low but started to grow. I answered him that it will be better if the water is just as knee level for the kids.
So we headed to the beach. It was a public beach, by the way, with no entrance fee and no cottages around😊. It is located in Barangay Nailon Bogo City. We brought one small plastic table to place our food and things and we sat on the sand under the shade of the tree.
When we arrived there, I said to my hubby this is it! The kids will enjoy this because the water was just a knee level and they could clearly see what is in the sea.
I took a picture around, the seaweeds we could see and feel with our barefoot, the water started to grow and I could see its bubbles and waves. I could feel the cold water. Oh! What a nice feeling indeed! I feel relaxed and relieved.
CHASING TIME!!!
My kids were inquisitive about how to catch fish and sea shells. I told them how and after I let them discover on their own.
My daughter started to look around and she walked at a slow pace to see clearly what is on the beach. She planned to catch fish, sea shells, and starfish.
My son enjoyed walking and playing around and feeling the water at the beach.
He brought a cup with him and he tried to fetch water and transferred it to the other side. He chased the bubbles and the waves.
I enjoyed watching them. I let them enjoy themselves since the water was still low. As I moved around I took photos and I saw sea shells, small crabs, fish, and sand with a tiny formation above.
I also saw a floating small Nipa Hut just a few distances from us.
SWIMMING TIME
We started swimming and after a few minutes we took our breakfast but I forgot to take pictures of our meal.
After our breakfast, we got back to swimming. I enjoyed having fun this weekend. Thank God for giving us a healthy and bright day.
That's all for now my friends. Thank you for reading until here and keep safe always. Have a great day everyone and God bless.
