Hello world,
My name is Ray and I am currently in a bit of a pickle.
I've been travelling around Indonesia for the last month or so and I now find myself sitting at the airport with $1.20 and 12 hours of fun till my flight to Singapore.
This isn't the first time throughout this trip that I find myself in a stand off with time. The first big stitch up I found myself in was a 25 hour bus ride up the centre of Sumatra. In all honestly it was more like 30-35 hours but hey the Indonesian chap selling me the ticket said 25 hours as he laughed at me.
Anyway this bus ride was a game changer, I found steemit!! Needless to say, however long I spent on that bus didn't quite seem so long after a great friend of mine enlightened me to the world of steemit! I spent hours reading content! I'm not sure if it was on this bus or not but I even read the white pages. Granted I probably didn't understand every word I soon saw the beauty in this platform!
So here I am now sitting at the airport trying to decide if I'm happy with how I've just introduced myself to all my new friends (hopefully) here on steemit.
With a little luck someone has hopefully laughed at me or at least felt slightly entertained for the time spent reading this.
Anyway, my name is Ray, I do things with computers, I throw myself at practically any boardsport and I like pickles.
