A strange and rare cobra, bite a person officials scramble to find Antivenom
Medical officers arrived to find an antivenom for the Picnic Township, Michigan, which was cobra monocled by their pet albinos earlier this month.
The 26-year-old man, whose name has not yet been released, was hacked on July 14 by a snake. Just 20 minutes later, he became vomiting and a symptom of cobra poison turned to vomit.
According to the Reptile magazine, Monocled Cobra - which is native to China, Cambodia, and India, is "one of the fastest acting venom poisons in the world"
The man was taken to a hospital in Bay City, and later after being poisoned by the Detroit Medical Center (DMC) when the poison had paralyzed his respiratory muscles, which prevented him from breathing,
Disturbed, the Medical Center official reached the Toledo Zoo in Ohio, hoping that the officer would provide an antivenom that would fix the man. DMC's communications manager Jason Barky told the paper, While the zoo sent eight vials of generic antivenom, but it had little effect and the condition of the patient was getting worse.
