Very tasty dish for dinner
You must take:
- 4 chicken fillet
- 2 chicken eggs
- 100 g butter
- oil for frying
- breadcrumbs
- A bunch of green
- Salt,black or red pepper taste
Start to cook:
1.Chop the parsley. In a bowl, mix the butter with parsley. Wrap the butter in plastic wrap and put into the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
2.Chicken fillet reveal a sharp knife to get the rectangle and slightly beat off. On the edge of the fillet to put the pieces of butter frostbitten. Wrap the fillet so that the oil inside.
3.Lightly beat eggs and add salt, dip the cutlet in the egg mixture. Then roll in the breadcrumbs.
